Jennifer Krug created Wine Country HR to help small businesses to have fully compliant HR systems, and provides support to business leaders in Leadership and Organization Development. After years working for companies internally, she had the desire to start her own business, and saw a need in Sonoma County to help other small business owners. She loves being a small part of the success of her clients.

Along with being a certified Empowering People in the Workplace facilitator, she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications. Jen also teaches in the Human Resource Management Certificate Program at Sonoma State University.

Most recently Jen has been developing her Organization Development skills and has earned her Organization Development Process Consultant (ODPC) certification.

She loves a good hike, a nice glass of wine, a great book (audio books especially!), and time with her family and friends.
